The Hitachi comes with an aluminum gear case. With Hitachi, you get a glass reinforced polymide resin body as well, which really adds to the overall look and feel of your grinder. Each of these tools have added features that are going to greatly increase your overall comfort while working; the Black & Decker’s side handle can be locked into two different positions and with the contoured body grip, you’ll not only get added comfort but much more control overall. What we like about the Hitachi is its small grip perimeter and forward canted side handle. This is going to keep you comfortable and able to work for longer periods of time. There is nothing worse than becoming tired while on the job; enjoy your work sooner! The DEWALT’s complete body design is very ergonomic, which is going to keep you extremely comfortable, even on the toughest of jobs. Spindle locks are extremely important to have, as they keep the user safe when changing out wheels.
Each of these angle grinders have them. We like the DEWALT’s the best because it comes with an oversized spindle lock button which makes the whole process that much easier. It’s protected as well so you won’t hit it on accident. You may be wondering what you get when you purchase each of these grinders.
